The program contains four parts. Weight training, Cardio training, Nutrition and Accountability.
We create a program just for you....
With weight training, when you increase your muscle tone by just 5 pounds, you will increase your resting metabolism by approximately 200 calories per day. That is 1,400 calories per week.
Additionaly, you can burn approximately 200 calories during your weight training session as well. Weight training three times per week will burn a total of 600 calories.
In total, you will burn 2,000 calories per week from weight training and help to increase your metabolic response. This program will also include cardio goals.
Cardio training helps to accelerate fat and calorie burning, lower blood pressure, increase your good cholesterol and will help in getting you and your heart in shape. Performing three cardio sessions per week will burn approximately 200 calories per workout or an additional 600 calories per week. You will also continue to burn calories for an additional 2 hours after your workout.
We will also help you to design a nutrition program that meets your life style.
Lastly, you will have accountability and much more.
