Massage

Massage is a non-invasive therapy of manipulating skin, soft tissue & connective tissue to remove toxins from the muscles and promote healing within the body.

Some of the more important benefits of massage are increased circulation, increased range of motion and removal of metabolic waste. Other benefits consist of releasing of endorphins (the bodies natural pain killers), which allows the body to relax and promote self-healing.

Types of massage practiced include, but are not limited to; Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Hot/Cold Stone, Pregnancy and Infant, Watsu, Thai, Deep Tissue, Liposage and Integrated Massage.
